We got married in 1989 and now have 4 sons--Jeffrey 12, Michael 10, Steven 8, and Landon 6(Yes, God does have a sense of humor!!!) We have been in Kelowna for 11 years now and just love it. Upon graduation we went back to school to Kingston, Ont.(A beautiful place to live) Dave has his Civil Eng. degree from Queen's University and I have my Early Childhood Education papers. I think the Lord was preparing me for what was to come-4 boys(who would of thought). Ha! After Kingston we moved to Whitecourt, AB. Then after a year, we moved to Sarnia, Ont. Then after 3 years, to Kelowna. Dave is now a partner with a construc. company. I am at home with my boys and loving it--and very involved in their school. We plan on going to the reunion--it would be great to see everyone again. Would love to hear from you.

Between 1982 and 1993 I have lived and worked in far to many places to mention. In 1993 I moved back to Thompson along with my fiancee Don Starr (engaged 10 years November 21, 2001). Don started a towing business where I was employed until he sold this October. I'm now a lady of leisure and loving it. This time off will give me an opportunity to decide what I want to be when I grow up. We enjoy Thompson, the people, and best of all the lake. Barring I don't make any sudden career moves I should be able to find some time to help organize a 2002 reunion. This July I attended the Class of 1981 reunion. It was such a blast to see fellow classmates. I had the best time. Looking forward to seeing old faces (no pun intended) at the 2002 Class of 1982 20 year reunion. Cheers

I wanted to update my section. I'm still in Dekalb, IL. I now have five children, Jennifer, Augustine, Sarah, Hope and Mark.(Ages 8-2). I am involved in Christian ministry work and work as a nurse in the local hospital.My wife Julie,is an administrative assistant. I have been in the USA since 1991.I hope to visit Thompson in the future, but it is at least a 26 hour drive from here.

For those of you who could not make it you missed a really terrific time. For those of us that were there, it was definitely a "Blast from the past". As you can see Danny and I ended up getting married in 1991 after being together for 11yrs (we wanted to make sure) and me being 5 months pregnant go figure..I have been working for CIBC for the past 18 yrs in various positions and Danny has had different jobs in Thompson and we recently bought into a local mechanic/bodyshop business. At present I am coordinator for Campus Manitoba, a dept. of Brandon University offering first-year university by distance education. I have been married to Lorne for 6 years (he's an electrician at Inco) and have one natural son, Cody, who is 4 and four step-children who are now adults.
