Hi everyone! A lot has changed since my last post which was over ten years ago, so I wanted to give you a little update. Can you believe it, it's been 22 years since highschool? Life moves fast, but it's been a blast! I'm married to my one true love, Jacques Lavoie (who I've been secretly in love with since high school lol). Life is always an adventure and exciting with him. I've never been happier. We have two children (Jayce who is 6 and Seaira who is 2). They're exactly like their father in every way btw. My other boys are growing up fast as well. Angus is now 14 and Reid is 18! God, I could be a grandma soon. lol We also have 2 wiener dogs (Lucy and Linus). Anyway, Jacques and I are both artists, but I'm a hygienist by day. I hope to open up my own clinic some day. Jacques is an entrepreneur and runs his own business. I could go on, but you should check us out on facebook.

Although I've lived in Winnipeg for the last 7
years, Thompson is still my home. I'm sure you all
know what I mean… I'll always be a Thompsonite at
heart. Anyway, I'm currently single with two
gorgeous sons. And as far as my profession, well
I recently graduated as a Multimedia Specialist
and I'm currently finishing my degree in Dental
Hygiene. I'll eventually move back to Thompson,
so I hope to see some of you there.

I am currently living in Morden, MB with my husband Kris Nicholls and our daughter McKenna. We are both permanently employed with the Western School Division. Our daughter is about to start Kindergarten this fall in the French Immersion Program. It is great to be out of Thompson but we sure miss the trees,lakes and northern lights.

Feb. 25, 2009: A Class of '88 reunion? It would be nice to see everyone again. Facebook has re-connected me w/ many old class-mates. I live very close to Winnipeg, still involved in Aquatics, but also EMS(volunteer Fire Fighter). I hope to start my new career as a Paramedic by the time I'm 40. Hello everyone, it was interesting to read where everyone is. Tracey your the only one still in Thompson didn't know you liked it so much. January 3, 2004 - Howdy. I'm not entirely sure which year is applicable for me. Grade twelve was the best three years of my life. Anyway..... My wife and I (Lacy)along with our three children, Riley(8), Thomas(5) and Lily (2) left Thompson in 2002 after buying a home in Northern Ontario. I left to take a new job with Inco in Sudbury. I never took the new job. I spent most of last two years taking courses towards my degree in Commerce and started a new career as an advisor with Sun Life Financial(Clarica). My wife Lacy works for a Marketing firm in North Bay and our two oldest children attend an all french school in Sturgeon Falls. I finally live on a lake. I manage to keep in touch with quite a few people from back in the day and wish everyone happiness and health in the future.

My life in a nutshell - I finally finished school in 96, then moved out to
Brandon to be with my sweetie (Mike). We got married in July 97 and I
started teaching that fall. I teach High School Math (big surprise) and I
really love it. But you will never guess who my boss is... Ms. Michaels!
Talk about life coming full circle, and after 14 years, she still looks
exactly the same!

Hi Everyone! This web page is such a neat idea. I'm back living in Thompson for now, after living in Winnipeg and Fisher River for 8 years while I was going to school and while I was teaching. I recently got married in August 2000 to Michael Ramsay who is an RCMP member so I will be moving again this spring or summer. I'm actually sitting here at good ol' RDPC taking in a workshop for work, and I find this web! Wow, I sure can relate to Debbie (Dockhorn) about turning 30. I spent 3 years in Edmonton, then 3 years in the Lower Mainland of Beautiful BC and somehow, I ended back up here in the North. Bad habits!!! I met my husband Chad here and we married in 1998 and we have one boy, Ian(2yrs in May 2001). It sure is a blast to see all the names. It's nice to read all about my ol' buddies. All is wonderful in my life. I have a little tennis player of my own, Kaitie, she is 6 years old and the joy of my life. I am married to a great man, named Stuart Mann. I am still working at Manitoba Lotteries in Marketing. I came out of retirement and actually won a tennis tournament this past weekend. (far from Wimbleton- The Winnipeg Winter Club Championships.) I am coaching again... I am teaching at the Winter Club here in Winnipeg and coaching the Canadian Games Team.

April 15 - Well a girl at work told be about this site, it was nice to read what everyone had to say. Alot of "oh, I remember that person" went on. I'm still in Thompson, and will be here untill we retire. It's hard to think of how many years have gone by, Thompson will always be home. April 27, 2003 - Time to update my comments. My son is now 20 months old and keeps me busy. I'm expecting our 2nd baby this summer and am looking forward to being home again. When Colten was 6 months old I was offered a new position at a different agency. Seeing as it's management I decided to take it even though I had 6 months mat leave left. I'm still working with people with disabilities however in a different capacity. I heard from quite a few people after my last posting and was able to renew some "lost" friendships. I look forward to hearing from you!
